Concrete Flat
1998–2000A residential house with a building width of up to 60 m. The distance from the entrance to the nearest window is 24 m. The concrete bedroom — a shelter in the middle of the apartment — divides the space into three zones: the children’s room, the dining room, and the living room. The glass office is separated from the kitchen with see-through concrete shelves. The white floor brings light to the entrance with built-in clothing storage drawers, shoe compartments, and a smart chair, which has apartment management controls hidden in the back.
