The building stands close to the road, separated by a small strip of pine trees, and can be seen from the passing cars. The four floors hold a sports club with a water area, a spa center, and two restaurants. The screen of the facade facing the road is a translucent white glass plate that hides the interior. In the daytime, the facade reflects the sky and the surrounding trees, and at night, it radiates a soft light. Thus, when quickly passing the building, it is perceived as a phantom. The swimming pool is raised to the top floor and is lit with roof lanterns. All the rooms of the building are linked by the four-story central atrium: a hall with connecting bridges.
